Prestige Event Rentals has a preset budget allocated for charitable donations, whether monetary or in-kind.  While there are many worthy causes, our resources are limited.  There are several requirements an organization must fulfill in order to be considered for any type donation.

  • The Donation/Sponsorship Request Form below must be completed and submitted to begin this process.
  • A credit card must be submitted as a security/damage deposit.
  • A signed order confirmation must be returned to Prestige a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.
  • Prestige Event Rentals must be mentioned in any print media associated with the event.
  • Depending on the size of the request, Prestige Event Rentals may request mention in all electronic and social media.
  • If appropriate, Prestige Event Rentals’ banner will be hung at the event. (The banner will be supplied by Prestige and should be returned to us after the event.)
  • Delivery/set up fees are not donated and must be paid by the organization if needed.
  • All donations are evaluated on a case by case basis.  Submission of the request form does not guarantee that an event will be approved.
